Due to several "no-shows", I now request a deposit at this stage of the process. The deposit will be 50% of the estimated total cost up to a maximum of £100. This deposit is fully refundable if you change your mind, as long as you let me know at least 7 days before your appointment time. After this, it is unlikely that I will be able to fill your appointment slot so the deposit cannot be refunded.

The deposit will need to be paid within 48 hours of making your appointment, otherwise your appointment will be cancelled. All this will be clarified when we arrange your appointment.
